The chapters in this book are the rule books. When you follow these chapters every day, your life will be better.
It is a simple list of rules, but very hard to complete each day.
Practice, perseverance, and dedication every day is the answer to completing it.
The main thing is that we have choices. We can either stay like we are, or start moving ahead to be the best we can be.
To actually have a dream, and make that dream come true.
To win more games in this game of life, and never give up.
What if you did this and it worked? What have you got to lose? Absolutely nothing.
My son, in his younger years was a very good athlete. I witnessed what it took for him to be the best he could be.
It was practice, perseverance, and dedication, along with hope, faith, and love.
So I made this list, which became the chapters in this book, and started to follow it every day.
I'm here to tell you that this list does work. Because if it worked for me, the hardhead that I can be, it will work for anyone.
