Saad, SehmiSehmi Saad was born in Versailles, France, in 1985. He received the Ph.D. in microelectronic engineering (Physics sciences) from University of Monastir, Tunisia, in 2017. His research interests include mixed/analog RF integrated circuits in CMOS technology, with a particular focus on the design of wideband AD-PLL frequency synthesizers.
