The findings of this study conclude that Universal Test and Treat strategy is generally well accepted and appreciated by people living with HIV whom this strategy targets. However, there other critical findings concentrated on service delivery that highlight the discontent by the participants. These include weak responsiveness by health facility leadership, inadequate space leading to congestion, prolonged waiting time, provision of limited ART supplies leading to interrupted supplies of ART and frequent clinic visits. Other issues include inadequate courtesy and rudeness by the health personnel and some participants alluded to the fact that these challenges started during the implementation of the Universal Test and treat strategy. The study further identified that should these health system challenges remain unsolved, they might have untoward bearing on patient's treatment adherence and outcomes.
