The silver nano particles were synthesized at different temperatures and concentrations of AgNO3.The Synthesized Nano particles were examined by UV-vis spectrum, TEM, AFM, SEM and EDS. These nano particles are more efficient for anti bacterial and anti fungal activity and also have superior physical properties. These are widely used in number of applications ranging from home disinfectants and medical devices to water purification. The aim of the present work is to synthesize biogenic AgNPs, using a filtrate of the biological control fungus Trichoderma harzianum as a bio-controlling agent and bio-fertilizer, for potential use against the phyto pathogenic fungus Fusarium oxysporum, which is responsible for wilt disease in chickpea. Furthermore, this work will be a step forward to achieve sustainable disease management in an economic and ecologically favoured pathway.
