Attracting investment capital in industrial parks

In the world, the model of industrial park is formed as an effective channel for attracting investment capital, thereby contributing to the socio-economic development of the country. Since then, researchers and practical managers have been very interested in this issue, and the question is: "How to attract investment capital into industrial parks?". However, attracting investment capital into industrial parks not only attracts investment capital for developing industrial parks infrastructure, beside that, it is also attracts investment capital to develop production, business and service in the industrial zone. Will good infrastructure attract investors in those industrial parks or not? Or are there other factors affecting the investor's decision when investing? etc. Facing that situation, study and assess the status of activities to attract investment capital into industrial parks in some typical localities of Vietnam, from that point of view, determining the factors influencing the attraction of investment capital of enterprises into industrial parks from the perspective of enterprises - the subjects directly involved in the investment activities which are necessary.
