James Huddleston started working with computers in 1974 and specialized in database design and development from 1980 through 2005. He received a B.A. in Latin and Greek from the University of Pennsylvania in 1973 and a J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh in 1979. A long-time free-lance technical reviewer and editor of computer books, Jim joined Apress as an editor in 2006.Ranga Raghuram has a bachelor's degree in engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science in Pilani, India and a master's degree from Virginia Tech.
Scott Allen has a master's degree in computer science from Shippensburg University. Scott's a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer. Scott regularly serves as an adjunct faculty member at various colleges in Maryland and Pennsylvania.
Syed Fahad Gilani has more than seventeen years of experience in computing. He sold his first program at the age of ten.
Jacob Hammer Pedersen started programming in the early 1990s, moving gradually from Pascal to C++ to Visual Basic. He discovered C# in the summer of 2000 and has explored it happily ever since.
Jon Reid was editor for the C++ and Object Query Language components of the Object Data Management Group standard and has coauthored several C# books.
