It is very difficult to identify and separate cancer cells from blood at initial stage due to less number of cells. In this research cancer cells have been separated from blood, it will be very useful for doctors as well as to patient, who are suffering from cancer for proper treatment. This works presents the performance and new structure of an ascending and descending curvilinear (AC and DC) micro-channels for cancer cell separation. The separation system is designed and simulated to separate cancer cell by inertia focusing cell separation technique. Computational fluid dynamic (CFD) design and simulation of AC and DC microchannels for cell separation using inertia focusing technique is studied. The ascending and descending curvilinear microchannels are designed based on theoretical calculation and CFD ACE+ simulation. First step of design is AC and DC channels created using CFD- GEOM module, meshed and applied boundary conditions. Final step is simulation using CFD ACE + solver
