The characterization of these active sites is done which includes the volume of the cavity active site,total number of Carbon,Nitrogen, Hydrogen atoms in the active site,polar amino acids,charged amino acids,Pocket area,Pocket volume ,amino acids predicted in the cavity,Hydrogen bond Donors in the cavity This characterization will be useful for identification of candidate drug molecule ,for molecular docking ,simulation and molecular dynamics study. as for molecular docking( drug designing )basic information is needed as Total number of Hydrogen bond donors ,receptors ,volume of the cavity of the target,total number of Carbon atoms,Nitrogen atoms ,Metal ions ,Molecular weight This will be useful for screening of the ligand compounds.
