Among the various approaches of plant biotechnology, plant tissue culture has widely been accepted as an essential tool to conserve medicinal plants and improve secondary metabolite production. Establishment of micropropagation protocol allows fast and continuous commercial propagation of valuable medicinal plant and in vitro propagation ultimately protects this type of rare and endangered plant by does not destroy the mother works..
