Comparative visual perception measurement among some (commercial and government) drivers in Jos and environs is a Book that aimed at ascertaining the visual perception of some drivers in Jos. The book measure visual acuity, vision field, colour vision and Binocular vision of 100 drivers in Jos and environs. It set standard values for visual acuity in the right and left eye of drivers in Nigeria and international. In this Book, major courses of road traffic crash (RTC) was mainly due to visual impairment in visual acuity, visual field, colour vision and binocular vision. The Book showed significance association that exits between visual acuity and involvement in road traffic crash (RTC). No significanc association between visual field defects, normal colour vision and involvement in RTC. In this Book, majority of the drivers have good visual acuity in the right eyes than the left eyes. The Book have visual acuity value of less than normal acuity of 6/6. This showed that driving isunsafe. In the Book, 25 drivers are at risk because of the defects in their eyes. The Book is quite interesting, educative and informative for drivers within and outside Nigeria.

Nandom Nguar, DyelThe Author Mr. Dyel Nandom Nguar was born to the family of Mr/Mrs Daniel Nguar of Mushere District in Bokkos Local Government Area of Plateau, Nigeria. He has five siblings and leaves in Jos. The author obtained his BSc Physics in 2011, MSc Physics in 2018 all at the University of Jos. The author is single and searching for a true life partner.
