'The relevance of philosophy is not always obvious to everyone.' So, any serious attempt to advocate philosophy should depart from the question of the addressees' intellectual disposition, precisely, the addressees' receptiveness to philosophy. Thus, the author puts forward a twofold programme of the advocacy of the philosophy: a Construction of Foundational Introductions to Philosophy and a Construction of Human Philosophy. The programme's name is 'Mlingano Philosophical Advocacy Attempts (MPAA)'. It is a reaction to two reasons attributable to the obscurity of understanding the role of philosophy in human development: the addressees' 'misconception of the inner nature of philosophy,' and the 'self-alienation of philosophy through its stubborn refusal to speak to the life of common men and women.' Whereas foundational introductions react to the misconception, human philosophy responds to philosophy's self-alienation. In this book, the author shows how best one can construct Human Philosophy. He firstly discloses three procedural stages. Then he appends a notable example of Human Philosophy to the unveiled steps. This work is the second contribution to the MPAA publication series.
