This book describes in details research results on system engineering of poly-p-phenylene-1,3,4-oxadiazole carbon conductive fibers. Information modeling technology high efficiency is demonstrated for creating of carbon conductive fibers based on commercially produced yarns of the Arselon and Arselon-LR brand, and non-woven materials. Industrial technologies for production of carbon polyoxadiazole fibers manufactured at 2200 °C, with a specific volume electric resistance of 1,51 - 1,54 m -cm are described. For comparison, such a low specific volume electric resistance have Toray polyacrylonitrile medium-modulus carbon fibers manufactured at 2800 °C, as well as a number of high-modulus carbon fibers. Particular attention is paid to studying of technological modes influence on the properties of polyoxadiazole fibers and carbon fibers based on them, including the discovered semiconductor properties. Undoubtedly, the book is useful for top managers, engineers, technologists, scientists, who create perspective challenging materials. The monograph is based on the authors' published scientific works over the past 13 years.
