The book considers also the controversies surrounding the topic that is attrition of IKS by cyber technology and complications posed on IKS by Cyber Technology that is cyber fraud, cyber bullying and cyber pornography. The book rounds off by giving solutions and recommendations, as well as the general conclusion of the book.
