Nancy Muir arbeitet hauptberuflich als Autorin und hat bereits über 50 Bücher zu Themen aus dem Technik- und Wirtschaftsbereich verfasst, wie z.B. E-Commerce, Fernunterricht, Projektmanagement, Enterprise Computing und SAP. Früher war Nancy Muir als Senior Manager in der Verlagsbranche tätig. Derzeit wirkt sie als Lehrkraft an einem Fernkurs zu Internetsicherheit an der Washington State University mit.Ian Kimbell ist ein erfahrener Softwarespezialist mit mehr als 25 Jahren Berufserfahrung im IT-Bereich. Er begann seine Karriere bei SAP in der Marketingabteilung, schließlich wirkte er bei der Entwicklung des SAP Solution Map-Konzepts mit und übernahm die Verantwortung für das Marketing von mySAP.com. Als Vice President gehört das Solution Enablement für kleine und mittelständische Unternehmen zu seinem Aufgabengebiet bei SAP. Zudem präsentiert er regelmäßig auf SAPPHIRE-Konferenzen. Die besondere Fähigkeit von Ian Kimbell, komplexe Konzepte auf leicht verständliche Weise darzustellen, brachte ihm viel Respekt ein, insbesondere unter Analysten. Ian Kimbell konnte zwei internationale Abschlüsse erwerben: einen Bachelor of Arts (BA) mit Auszeichnung in European Business und einen Abschluss als Diplom-Betriebswirt.
