Little empirical literature exist on how exchange rate fluctuations affect financial performance of manufacturing firms. This work therefore empirically investigated the effect of exchange rate fluctuation on manufacturing firms financial performance in Nigeria for ten years. Ex-post facto research design was employed while multiple regression analysis was used to analyse the secondary data gathered. The book should be of immense help to those planning to set up a manufacturing enterprise and those who are currently on manufacturing operations, Governments at all levels for policy formulation, and Research Scholars.
