Alkyl Sulfonyl hydrazones were synthesized by onepot reaction using hydrazine hydrate, alkyl sulfonyl chlorides, and 4-hydroxy benzaldehyde under mild, inexpensive and environmentally safe conditions. In addition, these sulfonyl hydrazone syntheses provide an excellent perspective for sustainability in the production of new drug candidates. In this study, A series 4(E)-N'-(4-hydroxybenzylidene) ethanesulfonohydrazide (L1), (E)-N'-(4-hydroxybenzylidene) propane-1-sulfonohydrazide (L2), and (E)-N'-(4-hydroxybenzylidene) butane-1-sulfonohydrazide (L3) compounds were synthesized via one-pot. The synthesized compounds were characterized by FT-IR, ESI-Mass and H-NMR spectroscopy to confirm the chemical structures of synthesized compounds. The purity of all synthesized compounds were veriied using pre-coated TLC(MERCK) plates using hexane/ethyl acetate (1:1) solvent system. 1H shielding tensors for L1, L2 and L3 were calculated with GIAO/DFT/B3LYP/6-311++G(d,p) methods in DMSO. The vibrational band assignments and different chemical properties were performed at B3LYP/6-311++G(d,p) theory level.

She started to work as an Assistant Professor at Çankiri Karatekin University. She became Assoc. Prof. Dr. in 2015. She has two kids.
