Sugarcane bagasse (SCB) is a renewable resource that can be used to produce many valuable resources. In this study, we aimed to perform a complete degradation for SCB using a combination of chemical and biological treatments. Chemical alkaline treatment of SCB separated SCB into cellulose, Hemicellulose, lignin and wax. And then biological or microbial treatment degrade Cellulose and Hemicellulose into mono-sugars which can start many applications. Some of these applications which found in this study are cellulosic bioethanol production, bio-diesel formation, bio-polymer formation and synthetic waste water treatment. Finally we suggested a designed model for SCB degradation according to obtained results from current studies.
