Different modalities of radiotherapy appeared during last century , to give more accurate and useful treatment and to kill the cancer cell and protect other normal tissue. Prostate cancer is the most reason for death between men , and when we used the accurate treatment a patients can servive . TPS is the core of the radiotherapy , it responsible for treatment planing process . 3DCRT and VMAT are two techniques used to perform this work.
