Nach seinem Studienabschluss an der Universität Basel (Dezember 2003) arbeitete Benjamin Leisinger dort als wissenschaftlicher As-sistent mit Lehrauftrag (seit WS 05/06) am Lehrstuhl von Professor Ingeborg Schwenzer. Seine Dissertation schreibt er zum Thema der wesentlichen Vertragsverletzung bei vertragswidriger Ware im UN-Kaufrecht, CISG. Im Oktober 2006 wird er seine Anwaltsausbildung bei der Wirtschaftsanwaltskanzlei Homburger Rechtsanwälte in Zürich beginnen. (Stand: 12.4.2006)
