This booktherefore provides a pioneering and refreshinganalysis of the global corporate strategies anddevelopment of two of the largest Chinese companies(Huawei & ZTE), in one of the most fast-pacedindustries (telecommunications). Using a provenanalysis framework, key characteristics of theglobalization strategies of Chinese companies wereidentified and analyzed. This book aims to shed somelight on corporate strategies of Chinese companieswith global aspirations, and should be especiallyuseful to senior executives in multinationalcompanies, or anyone else interested in understandingChinese corporate behavior and global strategies.
