Nonetheless, the scientists have stressed on the fact that harder drugs such as heroin and cocaine should still remain illegal. Psychologists have explained that it is in the human nature to be rebellious specially if the law forbids something which people can hardly accept! Hence, they state that the British Government should instead ensure that addicts take substances accordingly...
