And aimed at diagnosing two types of anaemia by the use of new potential biomarkers and clinical indicators to achieve the target applied various means as follows: 1. Measuring of Hemopexin and lactoferrin levels in serum. 2. Examining of complete blood picture and complete blood count. 3. Tissue sections for some organs of the body. 4. Bone marrow examination.
