-, p4r4lyz3dI never knew how to express my feelings,- how to put them into spoken words. What really helped my though, was hearing/reading how other people spoke about their struggles. I'm not a poet or even a writer but writing down what I felt inside helped me escape my mind, make the thoughts feel less heavy, less violent. I loved to read bits and pieces of other people disturbed minds, so I figured... maybe you'd like to read my bits and pieces too :)
