This manual therefore blends the 'how' and 'why' in a learn by-doing environment. It is against this background that the manual is set to enable learners to acquire green fingers in horticulture.

Mtaita, TuariraMtaita Tuarira is a senior lecturer at Africa University in Mutare Zimbabwe. He has a wide experience in Tropical Horticulture and he the author of a number of scientific papers. Moses Mutetwa is a PhD student who has already published a number of scientific articles.
