This book studies the influence of gyratory, roller, and hammer compaction methods on the indirect tensile strength, punching shear strength, and Marshall characteristics of laboratory prepared asphalt concrete specimens. Test results have been statistically analyzed. Mathematical models have been obtained which correlates between the physical properties of asphalt concrete obtained by the three mentioned compaction techniques.
