Several factors may enhance irrational antibiotics usage, which could be doctors' knowledge and experiences, diagnostic uncertainty, patients' expectations, lack of patient and health care professional's education, pharmaceutical marketing, and selling antibiotic without Prescription. this study is aimed to asses' knowledge attitude and practice of antibiotic misuse among adults in Hargeisa group hospital.
