Mr. Taluker has held positions around the world with companies such as HP, Microsoft, Oracle, and NEC. Roopa R. Yavagal is a wireless engineer with Symphony Services in Bangalore, India. She has extensive experience in developing applications for cellular companies in the GSM, CDMA, and GPRS domains
