Klappentext zu „Nanoparticles Vs Natural Surfactants “
Objective of the present study is to prolong the delivery of the active drug in the nanoparticles using natural surfactant (Sapindus trifoliatus Linn, Hibiscus rosasinensis, Basella Alba L. and Acacia concinna) which can effectively deliver the drug for an extended duration of time hence not only reduce the systemic side effects but also improve the therapeutic efficacy and patient compliance. The optimized formulations were studied for particle size, shape, drug loading capacity, % of yield, viscosity of external phase,% CDR, HPLC, SEM, FTIR , DSC spectra and Box-Behnken design.
