In our day, the world encourages innovators to engage in business' creation. The Cumulative protection and value transference principles offer an insight into the provision of systematic and incremental forms of Intellectual Property (IP) protection for market penetration. Value transference involves careful Intellectual Property management. IP protection is sustained by the creation of multiple IP protection schemes. Examples of value transference are the licensing of character merchandise to sustain copyright protection in cinematographic films or the use of trademarks, to extend market advantages of patent protection. This research may mention how innovation and Intellectual Property can be protected, it also mentions the technology that can help protect innovation and how the innovator can manage the Intellectual Property protection framework. It clarifies the way the Intellectual Property must be commercial and suggests different solutions related thereto.
