The book also details certain measures to be adopted for increasing the efficiency of the existing system. The book also contains the analysis on views of the employees and general public on their satisfaction with the services as in existence in the public transport system. The book would be useful for researchers, academics, and administrators of the public transport system and the general public who have an interest in knowing about the Kerala Road Transport Corporation.
