The large share of the loss is at distribution system, this large share of loss can be minimized by adjusting the load within different time because amount of loss at a particular time will not be similar at different time. Therefore, network optimization can be applied by Feeder reconfiguration for loss minimization. The best way to reconfigure a distribution system is performed using Binary Particle Swarm intelligence technique.
