Prof. Dr. Axel Jäger ist Professor für Deutsches, Europäisches und Internationales Unternehmens- und Kapitalmarktrecht an der Fachhochschule Frankfurt am Main, Vorstand des Instituts für Management und Recht und Direktor des Instituts für Entrepreneurship. Er coacht Manager und Aufsichtsräte in allen Fragen der strategischen Ausrichtung, Haftungsvermeidung, Unternehmensfinanzierung und Unternehmenskommunikation.Dr. Christian Rödl (LL.M. (Columbia Univ.) ist Rechtsanwalt, Steuerberater und Geschäftsführender Partner bei Rödl & Partner, berät vorwiegend zur grenzüberschreitenden Struktur von Unternehmensgruppen, Privatvermögen und zur Unternehmensnachfolge. Er ist Lehrbeauftragter an der Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg für Internationale Steuerplanung sowie Dozent an der Universität Hamburg im Aufbaustudiengang Master of International Taxation. Der Finanzausschuss des Deutschen Bundestags lud Herrn Dr. Christian Rödl wiederholt als Sachverständiger zu Gesetzgebungsverfahren im Steuerrecht.
José A. Campos Nave ist Rechtsanwalt, EMBA (Accouting & Controlling), Fachanwalt für Steuerrecht, Fachanwalt für Handels- und Gesellschaftsrecht und Partner bei der internationalen Sozietät Rödl & Partner in Frankfurt. Zudem ist er Mitglied des Führungskreises Wirtschaftsrecht und Head of Corporate Compliance bei Rödl & Partner und Lehrbeauftragter an der Fachhochschule Frankfurt am Main.
