As raw Breadfruit is gluten-free in nature and has limited shelf life, efforts have been made to convert the fruit into flour. The Breadfruit flour has a good shelf life than the raw fruit. The processed Breadfruit flour is incorporated into variety of dishes like cookies, cakes and other snack products like Chin Chin and many more.This book tells about the processing methods and value added products prepared from Bread fruit.
