Baladi cattle (the native breed in Egypt) represent 37% of the total population of dairy breeds. Due to their low milk production potential, 460-1175 kg/ lactation, Baladi cattle have not taken an enough attention place. However, they contribute about 17% of the total milk production. Therefore, the objective of this study was to investigate and evaluate the importance of three feed additives (active dry yeast 'Saccharomyces cerevisiae', vitamin E with low concentration of selenium and low dose of ground flaxseed) ration supplementation in improving blood biochemical parameters which in turn reflects on milk production efficiency and the overall performance.
