Autoren-Porträt von Jörg Thomas Dickersbach, Gerhard Keller
Dr. Gerhard Keller war von 1992-98 Mitarbeiter der SAP AG und im Bereich Logistik-Entwicklung-Methoden verantwortlich für den Aufbau und die Dokumentation der Geschäftsprozesse des SAP R/3-Systems. Danach leitete Gerhard Keller als Mitglied des Vorstandes eines Start-up-Unternehmens die Entwicklung im Bereich Internet und Open Source. Seit Beginn 2001 ist er als Unternehmensberater in den Branchen diskrete Fertigung (High Tech etc.) und Finanzdienstleistungen tätig. Seine Beratungsschwerpunkte im SAP-Umfeld liegen in der Geschäftsprozessgestaltung, dem Aufbau von Unternehmensarchitekturen, dem kollaborativen Kommunikationsmanagement sowie dem strategischen Produktmanagement und Produktmarketing.
