Dr. Jörg Thomas Dickersbach arbeitet als Solution Architect für Supply Chain Management bei der SAP AG. Schwerpunkte seiner Arbeit liegen auf Projektreviews, kritischen Implementierungsprojekten und Workshops zu Spezialthemen des SCM. Jörg Thomas Dickersbach beschäftigt sich seit 1998 mit der Modellierung und Implementierung logistischer Prozesse mit SAP-Programmen in den Branchen diskrete Fertigung, High Tech, Konsumgüterindustrie und Chemie und Pharma. Er war vor seiner Beschäftigung bei der SAP AG fünf Jahre als Berater bei der SAP Deutschland AG&Co. KG und der IMG AG tätig.Dr. Gerhard Keller war von 1992-1998 Mitarbeiter der SAP AG und im Bereich Logistik-Entwicklung-Methoden verantwortlich für den Aufbau und die Dokumentation der Geschäftsprozesse des SAP R/3-Systems. Danach leitete Gerhard Keller als Mitglied des Vorstandes eines Start-up-Unternehmens die Entwicklung im Bereich Internet und Open Source. Seit Beginn 2001 ist er als Unternehmensberater in den Branchen diskrete Fertigung (High Tech etc.) und Finanzdienstleistungen tätig. Seine Beratungsschwerpunkte im SAP-Umfeld liegen in der Geschäftsprozessgestaltung, dem Aufbau von Unternehmensarchitekturen, dem kollaborativen Kommunikationsmanagement sowie dem strategischen Produktmanagement und Produktmarketing.
