Psychological benchmarking is a systematic process by which the performance is increased in the organizations, psychological attitudes of the current organization employees are determined to achieve sustainability of this increase and compared with the dominant organizational atmosphere and management-oriented behavioral attitudes towards the individuals are determined through the findings obtained. The psychological benchmarking model has been developed to improve the work welfare, optimize the organizational climate, increase the worker performance, and to be used in the measurement of how successful the management moves have been in improving the human resources management and selecting personnel for critical positions future-oriented personnel planning and making decisions such as job rotation.
