The molecular characters of new variant determined using bioinformatical approaches included secondary and 3D structure, M.Wt, Hydrophobicity, conserved domain,pI and rotramers homology between aspartic and asparagine within teansmembrane domain-10 based upon possible combination between amino acid motifs.
