Common disorders are fetal membrane retention, postpartum metritis, abortion, uterine prolapse, ovarian abnormalities, dystocia, repeat breeding syndrome, post partum anestrus, under developed genitalia, cystic ovarian degeneration and post pubertal anestrus in cattle and buffaloes. These reproductive disorders are due to indiscriminate breeding by natural services, increasing of inbreeding, application of higher level of crossbreeding, deficiencies of nutrients, infectious organisms, hormonal imbalances, deficiency of antioxidants and higher oxidative profiles causes higher morbidity, mortality, delayed estrus & ovulation, anestrus and anovulation. These reproductive disorders can be diagnosed with history, analysis of physical status, physiological profiles, blood indices, blood biochemical and endocrinological profiles, rectal examination, ultrasonogram and analysis specific gene or biochemicals.
