This book focuses on Rights of persons with disabilities in Kenya. It highlights and analyses applicable laws which include, the constitution of Kenya, 2010, Persons with Disabilities Act No. 14 of 2003 and the other relevant Acts of parliament. This work further analyses the Convention on the rights of persons with disabilities as well as the other relevant international instruments. As a human rights books, this work gives special focus to Article 54 of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010, which is a domestication of international instruments. There are also a number of policy works by Government that are highlighted through this work. Moreover, the book touches on various aspects that are related to disability rights, a lot of which has to do with the expansion of the law and practical experiences that these special people go through.

He has a Bachelor's of Laws Degree from Kenyatta University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal practice from Kenya School of Law. Kizito has a deep seated interest in legal writing, Drafting and philosophy; Constitutional Law.
