Therefore, this research focuses on the main point's bellow as the research questions and objectives of research:Do the people know about the objectives and philosophy of Islam and Hajj and also, to understand the main rituals, symbols, stages, values and their relations with power and authority legitimacy.The necessity theories and literatures were reviewed from Religion Sociology points of view. Though, beside religion sociology, the political sociology main theories; like, Muchiavelli, Hobbes, Marx, Webber, Duhl, Parsons, Luckes, Habermas', etc. were also reviewed.The central point which was founded from this research is that, most of Hajjis do not understanding the objectives' of Hajj and Islam. Power and authority is legitimated by people satisfaction, beside Allah's satisfaction.
