Studying the impact of lake water quality on Oreochromis niloticus and Biomphalaria alexandrina collected from the lake and that purchased out of the lake and exposed laboratory to lake water & sediment through: - Determination of heavy metals bio-accumulation. - Measuring some biochemical and hematological parameters. - Investigating histo-pathological variation. - Estimating genetic alterations by PCR-ISSR technique. Parasitological examination in water, fish and snail samples from the lake and that laboratory exposed.
