Autoren-Porträt von Wolfgang Heinemann
The author was born in 1956. After passing his Abitur and training in the German higher level Administration Service in the region of Northeim, he studied jurisprudence at the Georg-August University in Göttingen until 1985. He completed his legal training in 1987 and then became a judge at the Court of Administration in Stade until 31st January 2004.
