So, in this book we have tried to focus on anti-inflammatory potential of these plants which could be used to suppress gene level toxicity. Ayurveda is knowledge of herbs used in curing health complications. All the medicinal procedure involves synergistic effect of plants. So, this very knowledge has been used in this book to find the answer.

She developed interest in this field while observing her mother who used to give herbal tonics for stomach issues. This traditional knowledge is very common in North East India.
