Synthesis and characterization of a new series of 1,3,4-oxadiazole clubbed 4-thiazolidinone were obtained by using marcapto acetic acid.There are ten derivatives of OT1 to OT10 derived in this series. The final compounds were established by phisico-chemical studies like M.P and other spectral data. All the derivatives were characterized by analytical methods like FT-IR, LCMS, and NMR spectroscopy. The entire derivative was screened for their antimicrobial activity.
