The book "Li De Dao Taji" collects and sorts out the Taichi concepts elaborated by the famous Taichi master Mr. Xie Lide in the past three years when he gave lectures in various parts of China and the United States. He also practiced Xinxin Liuhe Boxing with Mr. Tie Guochen, a martial arts master of the Republic of China.

XIE, LideXie Lide is the official inheritor of Wudang Neijia Gongfa of Master Lu Guozhu, a "Chinese wonder". In his early years, he learned Chen Style Taijiquan systematically from master Chen Qingzhou, a "Taichi Recluse", and practiced Xinyi Liuhe Quan with the famous martial arts master Tie Guochen of the Republic of China.
