If we believe in the universality of this ethical character, it would still be sustainable to question ourselves about the responsibilities with regard to the internationalization of this ethical dimension of business. It is difficult for the economy to contribute to growth in an environment driven by self-interest, selfishness and pettiness, thus preventing economic aggregates from speaking out in favor of society and promoting legality and human dignity. The cost of non-ethics would represent around 25% of growth. The universal nature of the ethical dimension of business law would be favorable to the healthy behavior of actors in the business community.
