David G. Cotts, PE, CFM, is a leading authority on facility management, much sought after by both private and public organizations for his consulting services. He served world-wide during a twenty-two year career with the Army Corps of Engineers, and later managed the World Bank facilities in Washington, DC. He is Past President of the International Facility Management Association and a Fellow of that organization.
