It is also deals with consumption of Non-timber forest products in Kakamega Forest.Chapter Three deals International Conventions relating to forestry. It explores various international and regional conventions that act as the basis of standard setting in the management of forests in Kenya. Chapter Four will generally make an inventory of the legal and institutional framework for the management of forests in Kenya.Chapter Five deals with a review of forest management regimes in other countries including case studies from South Africa, Ugandaand Liberia. Chapter Six contains the conclusion drawn from the study. It also includes requisite recommendations which should be embraced in order to foster and enhance participation.

Magaya, NormanNorman Magaya is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya and has been practicing law in Nairobi and is also a member of the Law Society of Kenya. Mr. Magaya is a holder of a BS of Laws from the Uganda Pentecostal Univ., MS in Natural Resources Law and International Environmental Law from the Grotius School of Law. He has a PhD in Oil and Gas law.
