reproductive health services. The work is based on empirical study conducted
among in-school adolescents in Central Kenya. It focuses on adolescents
sexual health concerns and identifies policy, institutional, structural, ethical,
and communication barriers that contribute to health services gap in
provision, availability, access and use of adolescents' preventive reproductive
health services. The book is addressed to professionals in public health
including researchers in adolescent health and development, researchers in
medical sociology and anthropology, health providers, health educators,
guidance and counselling teachers and social workers.
